Operative palletzation of bags with sodium bicarbonate at TLC «Pulkovsky»

November 29, at TLC «Pulkovsky» sample packing of sodium bicarbonate (soda) was made with the use of pallet wrapper Roboplat 507/PFS by option «Covered wagon - Container».

In the wagon bags with weight of 25 kg were formed onto pallets with  dimensions 1100х1100 mm, 42 pcs, total weight 1050 kg and then were transported onto a ramp.  On the ramp preliminary binding of a packet with 4 belts of sling band 12x0,7 mm and then putting by a loader onto the pallet wrapper was made. The package was made with stretch film in a few layers. The peculiarity of this machine is availability of special pre-stretch unit. This unit allows to fold film onto the package in an even layer with certain tension what will allow optimal consumption of film strength. After formation had been finished, the packages were transported and put in a container in accordance with the developed scheme by 20 pcs, with total weight of 21 t.   

In the doorway cargo was fixed with special polypropylene canopy to top and low standard internal container frames.  

Packing of bag cargo with the use of pallet wrapper Roboplat 507/PFS allows to improve the quality of cargo packing, to decrease fixing material consumption and increase productivity of the processing line at packing.
