As an individual FIATA member we are entitled to issue through B/L for multimodal shipments.
Licensed as "The All-Russian customs carrier" Modul provides trucking of bonded goods to the customs authorities of the region where the consignee has been registered.
To prevent any delays of the cargo in the port premises, the Customer shall submit the full package of documents before the arrival of goods to St. Petersburg. Upon forwarder's request, the customer introduces supplements and amendments (if any). This scheme guarantees prompt customs clearance and three-day pick-up of the boxes from the port facilities.
We offer two options for cargo delivery to the final point of destination, depending on its proximity from the port: by road or by rail. To cater for more distant hinterlands (above 2000 km distance) the goods are usually restuffed from containers into railway wagons and then dispatched by rail network. For voluminous consignments there is an option of dispatching by a dedicated blocktrain.
It is still possible to deliver goods in boxes and perform their unloading at the Consignee's premises by our patented technology.
