To ensure stuffing/unstuffing containers and their longer storage we offer a comprehensive network of inland off-dock terminal facilities adjacent to on-dock terminal with rail and road connections.

Modul Terminal (St. Petersburg)
At the beginning of 2008 Modul Company put into operation a new terminal and logistics facility - Modul Terminal. The new state-of-the-art facility is favorably located in Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg in the industrial area Predportovaya adjacent to the city Ring Road and Pulkovskoe shosse, 10 km from the St. Petersburg Sea Port. 
In 2008, a zone of customs control for bonded cargo was put into operation.
Since 2010 a temporary storage warehouse has been operating at the territory of Modul Terminal in St. Petersburg which allows it to handle cargo arriving to or shipped from the terminal by railway or by road in any customs mode.
Site features and dimensions:

3. simultaneous storage capacity for empty boxes - 8,000 TEU (7 tiers)
4. simultaneous storage capacity for loaded boxes - 2,000 TEU (5 tiers)

11. Pre-terminal railway station - Predportovaya
Link with the city highways and railway lines
The terminal is served by a rail siding which connects it to the Predportovaya railway station of the Oktyabrskaya Railway.
Apart from the railway connection, the terminal is also liinked with inner-city highways. The existing road Sedmoy Predportovy proyezd going out to Pulkovskoe shosse which offers a comfortable access to the port infrastructure of Saint Petersburg and to the main international highways.
is taken as the basic artery of road communication.
Types of loading and unloading works at the terminal:
1. Handling of block trains (loading/unloading of loaded and empty ISO containers);
2. Unloading/loading of ISO containers (loaded, empty) from motor vehicles;
3. Unloading/loading of general and other types of cargo from covered and open railway rolling stock and motor vehicles to the warehouse;
4. Loading/unloading of general and other types of cargo i
nto ISO containers (including reloading according to the variant: Motor vehicle - container);
5. Unloading/loading of heavylift and out-of-gauge cargo from the rolling stock and motor vehicles with the following containerization of this cargo (loading onto FLAT RACK; OPEN TOP, etc.);
6. Handling hazardous cargo (except IMO7)
7. Cargo packaging with special equipment of "Titan" and "Signode" companies allowing to package pulp in piles into enlarged packages with the weight up to 1200 kg
8. Reefer area with cable wiring system and capacity from 40 to 120 containers of simultaneous storage, with possibility of intermediate storage of reefer cargo and dispatch of containers with reefer block trains or motor vehicles to the consignee.
9. Cargo storage on the temporary storage warehouse ("Modul Terminal" Co. Ltd. is included into the register of temporary storage warehouse owners)
Two railway ramps with total area of 4500 sq.m. have been built for loading and unloading of wagons and containers.

All transhipment machinery has a full set of load gripping attached equipment which allows to handle any type of breakbulk, heavylift or out-of-gauge cargoes.
Recently the facility machinery pool has been replenished with "Joloda" which allows to stuff cargo up to 28 tons into containers without lift trucks and to provide optimum inner stowage.

The facility is located in Syktyvkar , Komi republic, on the territory of Mondi Business Paper Syktyvkar LPK.

Terminal Shuvakish(Yekaterinburg)
Located in immediate proximity to railway station Shuvakish, (Sverdlovskaya Railway) the terminal is equipped with access rail sidings and is the sole company in Yekaterinburg entitled to receive and dispatch empty/laden containers.
